Agreement
These terms govern access to the Number Geniuses workspace. A firm accepts them when its administrator creates the workspace; staff members use the service under the firm's account.
Accounts and roles
- Administrators control which staff can access the firm's workspace and with which role.
- Staff accounts are personal; sharing credentials across people is not permitted.
- You are responsible for activity performed under your firm's accounts.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for lawful intake and client-communication purposes only.
- Do not send messages without the consent your jurisdiction requires.
- Do not attempt to access other firms' records or disrupt the service.
Messaging compliance
Firms are responsible for obtaining and documenting consent for text and email communications they send through the platform, and for honoring opt-outs. See the SMS terms for the consumer-facing commitments the platform makes on a firm's behalf.
Availability and support
We aim for a dependable service and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. Outages and incidents are posted to the workspace and, where appropriate, to status channels.
Termination
A firm can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or to protect other firms and their clients.
