Program description

When you agree to be contacted by a law firm using Number Geniuses, the firm may text you about your inquiry: confirming receipt, scheduling a consultation, and case status updates.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your matter and the firm's process; you will not receive marketing texts on this program.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the rates on your plan.

Opting out and getting help

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from the firm. You will receive a one-time confirmation.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact the firm directly.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from the firm about your inquiry through an automated system.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase, and never a condition of submitting an inquiry or hiring the firm.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Privacy

Text conversations and the phone numbers they use are handled as described in our privacy policy. The firm you contacted can see the conversation thread for your inquiry.
